Evan Kliewer

Lead Instructor and School Owner

Evan is a piano educator and graduate of Cal State Fullerton, residing in Costa Mesa. Evan began group piano lessons at an early age at Fountain Valley Music Center. As a child, he loved to play video game music and Scott Joplin rags. While taking lessons in middle and high school, Evan completed the top levels of the Certificate of Merit program and placed in competitions and festivals before attending college. Evan graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a BA in Piano Pedagogy, receiving scholarships and awards for excellence in piano performance.

His favorite composers are Chopin, Rachmaninoff, and Beethoven. When he's not teaching piano, you'll often find him at the gym or learning how to code.

Abigail Kliewer

Piano Instructor

Abigail is a 4th generation student of Sergei Rachmaninoff who takes inspiration from modern influences and tried-and-true technique. She has over 17 years of teaching experience, including 16 years of accompanist experience; and grew up playing piano competitively. She has studied under Aleksey Madan, Dr. Brian Gould and Teresa de Jong Pombo. In addition to piano, she's a talented vocalist who enjoys recording and collaborating with current artists; and an experienced orchestral musician, playing violin in orchestras for 10 years.

Her favorite composers are Medtner, Brahms, and Schumann. When she's not teaching piano, you'll often find her crafting and taking long walks.
